Our Afternoon Outside (part 2)

Sorry it's been so long between posts. I don't get online every day and sometimes I forget how long it has been since the last post.

Anyways, on to part 2 of our afternoon outside.

Here is Buster.
"Whoa! Where was the 'uneven lane' sign? Did you see one?"

"Well, let's see what is happening in the flower beds today."

"One small step for man... one giant leap for Buster."

"He's safe! Yup, I think I have a future as an umpire."

"I wonder what a stick tastes like?"

"Yuck!"

"How can termites stand this stuff?!?"

Next we have Little Bear.
(As a side note, her nickname stems from the way she use to crawl on her hands and feet causing her to look like a little bear cub.)

Little Bear, what are you up to?

"I'm chasing those big kids around but they keep getting away from me."

"Maybe I'll check out the other side of the yard for a while."

"I wonder what is over here?"

"WOW! A porch!"

"I'm coming....

...to get...

your camera, Ate Mindi."

It's Ragdoll's turn in the spot light.

"Hi, Ate Mindi. Where have you been?"

Just as a reminder that we have real kids here and they aren't always smiling...
We weren't sure what she was mad about.

Then just a few minutes later here she is laughing.

The many faces of Ragdoll.

She was being such a ham this day!

Where is Ragdoll?

Oh, there she is!

Mr B was mad about something, I don't remember what. But did you notice how comfortable he made himself while he throws his fit? Arm propped up on the step and legs crossed?
:)

Little Miss R and M&M ride the trike with Ate J.

With Buster, Little Bear and Ragdoll, where one is the others tend to show up.

Buster decides to take the car out for a test drive, but do you see the little hand joining his on the steering wheel?

"Let's see if the horn works. You've got to have a good working horn if you are going to drive in the Philippines."

"I like the interior."

"I like this push button start feature. Hey, I wasn't planning on taking any passengers on this drive!"

"That's OK, I'll just hang on to the back like the guys who ride on the back of the jeepneys."

"Did you try out the horn? Let me try it." - Little Bear
"I already did. It works fine. Please move your hand and let me drive." - Buster

"Oh Buster, you are so cute behind the wheel!" - Little Bear
"Cars seem to be chick magnets. Do I like girls enough to drive one of these things yet?"

Little Bear thinks she has found a guitar like Ate Angela's.
"Why won't this think work like it should?"

Ragdoll tries to take the 'guitar'...

 ... but is unsuccessful.

Mr F wanted a picture with Ragdoll. You can see how they each felt about the matter.

Then Miss P wanted a picture with Ragdoll. Once again you can see how they each felt about the matter.

Miss P really loves Ragdoll and Ragdoll really does loves Miss P. The reason she wanted me so much was because I had just been gone for 3 days and Ragdoll didn't want me out of her reach.

I missed you too, Ragdoll.

So Sweet.

Part 3 coming soon...

An Afternoon Outside (part 1)

I told you I'd share some of the pictures I took the day after I got back from my get-a-way.
There are too many to put in one post so I will break it up into several.

I'll start with Mr D

He likes sitting in the bed of the truck and having someone push him around.

He is working on his walking skills.

Keep going!

See how much fun it is?

What a smile Mr D!

Ate Savannah is having fun with me!

I love this game!

Do it again, please?

Yeaaaayyyy

Next we will check out some of our smaller ones.

Hi Lady Bug. : )

Some of them were tired but they didn't want to miss out on the action so they let their
irritation be known for a few minutes.

Little Mr. M and M&M

Little Mr S liked to watch the big kids play.

Mr J Man wasn't sure what he thought of the activity.

Little Man A gave in and took a snooze in the great outdoors.

So did Little Mr M

Lady Bug enjoyed some one on one attention from Ate Erin.

Lady Bug loves being talked to.

I'll share more next time.
