For this party we did things a little bit different.

 

Instead of having cake we had candy, cookies, and jellies.

 

Miss P got to help hand out the goodies since it was her big day.

Malnourishment Center May Update (part 2)

So here is the second half of the long awaited update!

 

We will begin with...

 

...Baby S

"Well, that didn't work so I'll try drool."

He is so cute!

He is still in casts from his hip surgery and as you can see...

it doesn't look, or smell, very pretty.

 

"Oh, look! The camera is back. I love the camera!"

 

He has learned to pull himself to a standing position in the bed.

He doesn't like to stay in one place for very long and he doesn't let his cast stop him much.

 

 

Here we have Mr. B who recently joined us.

 

Can you guess how old he is?

 

 

He is 3 years old and the size of an 18 month old.

I know I already updated you on Mr J in the last post but he left with his family the next day so I just wanted to say good-bye to him here.

We will miss his wonderful smile!

 

While we said good-bye to Mr J we said hello to sweet Little Miss N.

 

She is our newest malnourished baby.

She is 2 months old.

 

Please be praying for her!

Malnourishment Center May Update (part 1)

So here is the long awaited update on the children at the malnourishment center.

 

I will start with Baby D.

 3 days at Ruel...

 

 

15 days at Ruel...

 

19 days at Ruel...

 

32 days at Ruel...

 

38 days at Ruel...

 

1 &1/2 months at Ruel...

 

2 months at Ruel...

3 months at Ruel and look how far he has come!

 

Next we have Mr. J the day after he arrived.

 

 He was too weak to hold his head up.

 

3 days at Ruel ...

He begins to interact with the caregivers.

 

He can sit up for a while and hold his own cup again.

9 days at Ruel...

 

He is strong enough to throw the ball back and forth with someone.

 

 

16 days at Ruel...

 

 

23 days at Ruel...

 

2 months at Ruel...

 

He wanted the camera all to himself this time.

 

 

The internet is being a problem and won't let me load more pictures right now so I will have to wait until another time to update on the rest of the kiddos.
