I am finally at the Ruel Foundation! It took 4 flights, 3 nights, 3 van rides, and 1 ferry ride to get here but here I am. I am doing well although a bit sticky from the heat. I had no problems on any of the flights and only a bit queasy on the ferry ride. I'm not sure if my motion sickness patch was wearing off or just was not enough. I am now sitting here listening to roosters across the street/alley continuously crowing. I wonder how long it will be until I don't notice them at all...hopefully not long. There are 25 children in the facility at this time and I've met a few of them but can only recall the name of 1 of them right now. I have a room mate and we share a bathroom with 3 other girls.
I will share some pictures from my journey another time because I don't have enough time to let them upload right now.
